Be very careful when order delivery with Parcel2Go.

Always record video when you measure and weight your parcels if you use their delivery services.

I was Hit with their scummy emails 3 times.

Happily i do have evidences that they are wrong and each time i fight back their charges. If you are not prepared- you will miss a hit.

I do also use Hermes directly, and Hermes never send me any bogus emails to pay more.

I do post 20% parcels with Parcel2go and 70% parcels with Hermes directly.

So i suspect, that Parcel2Go is making false claims on purpose to make more income.

I have 2 last emails in attachment.

Thank you, this is very helpful advice although I doubt that P2G deliberately make false claims. I expect that the number of these claims and the amounts add up to chickenfeed.

How they can claim 7kg parcel  is 12kg?

How 1.7kg parcel became 2.6kg ?

Why Hermes does not do that for me but only Parcel2Go does?

That's too suspicious to be true.

Hi. Here is email from UPS, stating that my parcel have no issues with overweight.

Parcel2go stated that it is overweight- 12kg instead of originally 7kg. And 4.50gbp more  must be paid.

it looks that parcel2go are lying.

I would be happy if any newspaper write about that dishonest tactics.

Any idea how to do that?

I'm afraid that you will never get a newspaper to take notice of a small item like this. Have you actually lost any money?

Not lost any yet. I am sure that they revert that extra fees.

Frankly I don't think there's anything you can do until somebody comes back to you and wants more money and refuses to deliver your parcel unless you pay it.

At that point we can help you sue them for breach of contract
