Ok, will do.. I'm terrible around a computer.

 

I've removed the above and will re post now.

 

I'm having to wait until I get a handle on this as I only seem to be able to attach the first page of each PDF to one document...

 

So frustrating...it's embarrassing how awkward I am around I.T.

 

I've honestly spent about 2 hours today trying to save previously written documents into PDF and create a separate folder.

 

Help will arrive this afternoon so will up load then.

If you are using word.

 

Simply remove any identifiers in the files text then do file, save as , and select .pdf from the drop-down menu.

 

Then select where to save it.

do that for each file not a pdf.

 

Then put your other pdfs in the same folder.

 

Then goto one of the many free online pdfmerge websies, drop and drag all the pdfs onto it 

Hit merge and save the merged files back under a new name.

 

You might have to do that in 2 lumps, then merge those to one file .

 

If you see the file size is greater than 4.8Mb, then use an online pdfreducer site to shrink it 

 

 

If all fails I'll give you a secure email to mail files too redacted or not or pdf or not and I'll do it for you.

Yes, it's a draft - but it's an excellent draft.  Well done.

 

In your proposed defence you might as well stick in that the claimant is suing the wrong person.  Their claim should be against the driver of the vehicle and they have not established keeper liability under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

Thank you for your interest.

 

 I'm still waiting for the set aside date to be set.

 

I have the confirmation that the court received my application etc but have not had a date through.

I’m surprised at how long it’s taken and had thought that perhaps I’d been lost in the system but apparently not.

 

I will update this post when I have more information and will detail the result of the hearing once I eventually have one.

I contacted the court via email and telephone and as yet the only information that I have regarding this process is that a judge had the case details on the 7th March.

 

I have also been informed that I will be notified if any progress within 5 days - 5 days ago.

 

A very long drawn out process going on here…

I have now received a date for my set aside for November 2022… 

 

I am very surprised at how long this has been delayed however at least now I have a date to work to.

This has taken a hell of a long time, but as you say, at least you have a date to work to.

 

The one good side of this taking for ever is that it should muddy the waters re who has been responsible for such a long timescale and help hide the fact you delayed the application by six months.

Again, I’ve struggled to upload a simple copy of this order as a pdf. 
 

I have a blacked out copy which I’m prevented to upload as it’s a JPEG.

we dont allow JPG's as those can be posted directly to a msg and then everyone members or not can see them.

we use PDF as you have to be a member to see those and then we know the enemy are not members to see things.

 

just convert to PDF using the websites listed in upload

and hit choose files at the bottom of the msg box.
