Hi

I received a letter for an interview, which I can’t attend trying to call the number to reschedule but I can’t seem to ever get through. Stressing out as worried about the interview anyway.

I don’t know why I’ve got one, my child has been going to childcare from the time frame, only changed the last month which I did change.

Usually compliance checks aren't as scary as they sound. Very often, it's to check you're getting the right benefits.

How long is there before the appointment they've sent you?

Plenty of like threads here to readdont stress out,. 9/10 it turns out ok in the end

Simply be truthful and honest

If it's historical from years ago,. Don't commit to anything but get the SAR running which is on their website

They must have documented proof you owe, not simply an operators note from tonks ago with no substance to it

In terms of trying to reschedule the appointment.

Keep a log of every time you phone them and how long you hang on for.

Write them a letter and tell them that you have tried to reschedule and list out the times that you have cold and the amount of time you have been waiting.

It is important to have a paper trail and evidence that you have made your effort and that the problem is their end

Finally got the appointment changed. Was on hold for 50 minutes.
the time frame is from April21 until October 21 which has been normal childcare up until September which I changed online but it decreased by over half.

Doesn't mean anything, I had at least 2 of those for childcare over a period of several years. Probably random!
