Just come across this post.

Can I ask if anyone has been repossessed yet and if not, why not. I noticed a particular post above stating that coast after a court hearing does not attend or respond.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I would be grateful for any advice or if anyone can point me in the right direction

DX, I would say that the first post created an invitation to chat, I could be wrong, should I start a new thread by answering to this thread because we not allowed to chat. How can another user reply to my thread if they cannot chat? Do they then start their own thread in answering or replying to my thread?

Hi Roxy, welcome to CAG.

Here, we operate on a system that everyone starts a thread/topic of their own to discuss their issues on repo or whatever and then other members of CAG answer them. What we don't suggest is that people tag onto someone else's topic to ask their own questions because then the answers get jumbled up and it's confusing.

Start your own topic and if people can help, they'll reply to you.

Hi honeybee, I was looking to help those against welcome finance threats from the purchasers of the debt. My question was poking for further information which dx gave. No repos had been carried out yet, although there has been repos carried out albeit illegally.

posts moved to a thread made in your own user name.

so , what kind of advice can you give?

anything differing to the numerous threads already here.??

we always need brains with other ideas or whys to counter these foreign debt buying fleecers when 9/10 nothing is even owed anyway.

Illegal repossession cases ?  Please tell us more.

As they would have been through the Courts, they would be legal.

Unless you are saying false information was supplied to the Courts ?

We could do with some help from you.

Coast cannot commence legal proceedings in court as they are not registered with fca, so cannot claim for repossession of your home.

this has already been addressed in threads here already..

they don't have to be, thats only in regards to the original secured loan agreement should they wish to go for a CCJ.

they are named as the charge holder on land registry, for that they don't need to be fcs registered i think you'll find.

i believe this was also ratified by the courts long long ago in the redstone/acenden debacle.

There is a firm of Solicitors advertising on LBC radio looking to take this issue to Court and if they win, they will take 30% of the amount.
