Hi Andy,

I was checking the previous posts and noticed so many people have lost their cases at the court.

I would rather use a solicitor who is familiar with UAE cases as this can be very complex .

I wouldn't know what line of defence to use

get that link done please and well get you moving.

 

as ive said in 2 PM's now and on one reported post, we dont recommend but neither do you need - a solictor.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
