Hi

Ive been receiving letters from park watch since november 2019 in regards to "stopping in a no stopping area" which I have ignored but have now got a letter before action from BWLegal.

I have not appealed or replied back to any of the letters but I have to reply back before 1st october 2021.

My case is exactly the same as this https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/topic/394301-entered-no-access-area-park-watch-won-at-popla/?tab=comments#comment-4719406

This was first letter I received.

As you can see from the photo it was torrential rain and the sign were not visible clearly.

Regards

Any advice is much appreciated.

Regards

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
