If  I could start proceeding somehow now , then I will .

Alas no useful advice , just 'another argument for you ' the idiot.

Your arguing with the Dvla and not me . You have upset me. Some of you are telling me things even I don't know yet.

Vehicle mentioned is still stolen, and reported,

Thousands of pounds  demanded because a learner bought a vehicle.

          What ,  a idiot ?

This is my last quote/post. I have no use for any of this cartoon help/advice site.

Be nice .

where is the v5c? simple question

the vehicle is not stolen, it was left on a public funded highway without road tax.

nothing is simpler than that as the reason this all happened. their are no exceptions to that rule.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It hasn’t been stolen.

it has been clamped and/or impounded.

Stolen implies theft, which is defined at S.1 of the Theft Act 1968.

For a start, there is no intent to permanently deprive, as they want you to pay the penalty and tax (+/- the surety), where you then get the car back.

Additionally, even if you choose not to get the car back, there is no dishonest intent, as their intent is compliant with (and authorised) by legislation.

Their behaviour isn’t dishonest by either the objective or subjective tests of Ghosh

It may be “dishonest” according to you, but your subjective view doesn’t make it theft.

So, it isn’t theft, and it hasn’t been stolen.

It appears you aren’t actual after help / advice, just that you want to bleat about how badly you have been treated, and then got miffed that people have tried to help rather than merely giving you the sympathy you think you deserve but don’t deserve.
