I have received a Letter of Claim from Drydensfairfax on behalf of Capquest for a debt that I am pretty sure is now statute barred  (default March 2015). It is no longer showing on my credit report. Years ago I sent CCA to Capquest, received a photocopy of a blank credit agreement. How do I respond to the Letter of Claim? Thanks in advance.

whats the debt all about?

as long as you are 1000% sure no payments have been made in over 6yrs...

hit letter of claim.

goto post 2

download the PDF

reason- the debt is statute barred.

leave the rest blank, you don't need any paperwork. stating a debt is SB'd is absolute, doesn't matter what they hold.

goto the debt collection section of our library

download our SB letter

staple that to your filed out printed PAPLOC reply pdf

don't sign anything

post it off to drydens.

2nd class post with free proof of posting from any PO counter

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thank you. It is an old catalogue debt and no payments have been made since March 2015.
