I have been trying for 2 weeks now! Online, on their website it just won't let me change address!  Live chat is just a stupid bot chat!  Calling them just keeps saying sorry we are all busy right now and hangs up!    Oh let me guess, covid is to blame?!    I need to change address asap! I was even flashed by the robbing council that is Manchester city council on a 40 doing 43! And i don't know where these or any letters be going... Anyone else having
