Hi Leanne

Please set up a thread in the YB forum, where you will get all your queries answered :)

http://www.cag-files.co.uk/barracad/Spreadsheets/England/Simple-charges-calc.xls this spreadsheet is for working out the 8% interest when you get to court

http://www.cag-files.co.uk/barracad/Spreadsheets/England/Complex-bank-charges-calc.xls this one is for working out the debit interest you have been charged on the charges

They both have instructions on completing them, any problems, pelase add a post to your thread

PLEASE READ THE FAQ's

Hi,

After much deliberation I have decided not to claim the interest back over the last six years (seems too complicated) don't feel confident enough to to explain the intererest costs if my case went to court. I'd be happy with £2,200 from DD/CHEQUE charges that have been returned and unauthorised daily overdraft fee that horrible bank has unfairly been putting on my account for the last six years.

Leanne
