Notice of Attendance marstons re CTAX for friend that uses my Address as a mailing point - help

Recommended Posts

Today I received by hand a notice of attendance by marstons for a council tax debt owed by a friend who uses my address as a mailing address.

The friend has no fixed abode and travels around the country so uses my address as a mailing address.

Until I can get in touch with him how should I deal with the letter and the bailiffs?

Many thanks.

have you also already had a notice of enforcement giving 7 days before a visit?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Not that I am aware of. There is other post but I have not opened it.

There is a small pile waiting for him to collect. He has only given his bank this address so I guess Marstons got his mailing address from them?

nope, but he might have your address registered on his credit file.?

is he on the voters there?

is he on CTAX there?

if not those are two good docs to show marstons you have nothing to do with him and none of his possessions are upon your property.
