Sorry guys started my 1st thread in Welcome Forum....Doh

Here now though and in need of some help.

Barclays have defended the claim online and i am now diverted to a local court. Have to complete the 'Allocation Questionaire'. Have done all but the Other Info box!!!! What do they need to know at this stage, should i be entering a responce to the Defence Statement ( Signed by Adrian Ruffhead). Should i request proof of their actual costs and other financial info pertinent to the Unauth. charges? Can i bugger it up basically??

Thanks

J xxxx:confused:

PS. i think i may have made a mistake early in process.

The bank offered 700 settlement (50% of claim) i declined this offer with the LBA. I should have accepted and claimed/requested the balance oustanding . Should i still continue, this will cost me another 100 in court costs??

Hi All

Court Hearing is set for 01/03/07

I have to get my court bundle in for Valentines day - How romantic..lol

I have included

-bank statements (6yrs) highlighted charges

-charges spreadsheet

-all letters i sent

-all letters from bank from start of claim

-all court letters?

-copy clippings from media and goverment bodies investigating bank charges to support claim

-currently working on statement...Argg

Is there anything i have missed, is there something important required in my statement?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Jenpher

Thank you :D

Had to be in by 14feb so already done.

I shall persist in feeling positive, referred to many of the authorities but did not enclose copies!! Ah well i tried, i felt at the time i had covered my bases as a court newby. I spent a long while on the forum looking for reference to this, i must have missed Bookworms guide.

Court date is 1st March 12noon. Wish me luck.

Barclays have not filed a copy to me yet, i filed them recorded delivery. Do they have to file to me 14dys before court?

Regards

jenny

If Barclays have not supplied you with the documents as per the directions issued and they were due to have done so by 14th you need to send a letter on non-compliance to the court. GaryH kindly posted a link on my thread - you might have to amend it slightly.

Thanks

It was on my court instructions to do and when i spoke to the court to confirm they were adamant that i should follow best practice, so i assume they needed to also. I will sort that letter and post it tomorrow :)
