I get fed up with people saying they are all the same, when it seems quite clear thats just touted as a perspective for them to either

 

1. Excuse the abuses and misdeeds of their own favorite demagogue - generally one of the main offenders

2. Excuse not having a clue and not bothering to rectify that

 

They aren't all the same, its just we seem to be seeing more of the worst under Johnson (not that Corbyn was lining up to be better)

I see Truss is going to see Putin, perhaps to confirm that the “toughest sanctions regime against Russia” she talks about remains blocked, as will any action against the vast amounts of corrupt oligarch money there is invfested and cleaned in the Oligarch capital of  Londongrad.

 

Can't see any other reason for him to bother seeing her, other than for her to receive a basic geography lesson or 2.

As well as losing the confidence of the Mayor over her failures to address issues (other than by denial, obfuscation, whitewash and cover-ups) , Cress has also apparently lost the confidence of the PM (Party Minister) over her failure to effectively deny, obfuscate, whitewash and cover-up ...

 

"Prime minister Boris Johnson will appoint a private lawyer if he is questioned by the police over allegations that flouted lockdown rules by attending parties.

Mr Johnson has lined up a legal expert on coronavirus regulations to help him defend his participation in the parties, The Times reported.

The move comes shortly after Scotland Yard that officers would be contacting more than 50 people, who will be sent questionnaires with “formal legal status” over the dozen events held in No 10 and Whitehall buildings during Covid restrictions.

The prime minister, who reportedly attended six of those parties being investigated by the Metropolitan Police, is expected to be among them.

Earlier, No 10 said the prime minister will not receive personal legal advice from government lawyers."
