Home Office lose in court, EU citizens win access to their personal data

Recommended Posts

This looks like a good win for the3million and OpenRights. The Home Office and other organisations were using an exemption to circumvent data protection obligations with the excuse of 'the effective maintenance of immigration control.

Appeal court ruling means people denied settled status or immigration visas can see records used in the case
