A popular car park has been deemed to be ran by 'parking cowboys' after visitors got slapped with £100 fines for breaching a rule that was impossible to adhere to. It has been called 'absolutely scandalous'. Parking Charge Notices (PCN) have been issued to drivers at the car park in Sennen, West Cornwall, on the basis that they did not enter their full car registration number when buying a ticket. However, the machine at Sennen Top Car Park only allows visitors to enter the last three digits, meaning it is impossible to comply with the rule. Thanks all, this is sorted now. We were so worried so contacted a solicitor to draft the 2nd letter on our behalf or make a call to them. He did made the call, immediately within a minute a link was sent for payment and case withdrawn. Thanks once again everyone
