We used the car park at Broomfield hospital today. When my husband went to pay, the meter was being emptied. The chap said he would take the details and he keyed them into his phone then said OK that is your ticket for the day.   When we returned to the car a fine had been issued. We couldn't find any one to discuss this with.   The fine was issued by Gemini parking solutions   Please can you offer any advice. Thank you
