Hi there! Just thought I'd keep everyone up to date on my claim......I'm about to do mmy MCOL on Friday, eeek!!

I think I'll do it on the web based service, and I've got the template from the library (so much help!!). I'm a bit worried but I'm going to stick with it and get my money out of them!! Have I got it right that after I send the MCOL, I need to wait for a Notice of Issue and then just sit back with everything crossed? And if they don't acknowledge within 28 days then they automatically lose?

Sorry to ask, I have read verything but I just want to be sure I understand it all! Thanks!!

No, they don't automatically lose. It's a shame, but it's not quite that simple. This bridge can be crossed when and if you come to it, so for the moment just fill out your claim.
