Have received a court date:) and will be sending of the required stuff from the court bundle..

 

Do I need to send copies of statements???

 

Also I have had further bank charges since the claim started, can I add these onto my claim spreadsheet or not

No you cannot add additionat charges since you submitted your legal claim. There are acouple of useful threads on Court Bundles, I will have a quick check for them.

My advice has hardly any legal foundation whatsoever, however you never know it it might just work!

Yes you need to make copies of the statements which highlight the charges you are re-claiming. With your court bundle you will need three copies, one for the court, one for the solicitors, and one for yourself.
