For once it looks like a well written story has appeared in the news about Simple Simon getting a good hiding in court.

Its refreshing to see a journalist do some research and not just blindly call the parking charges "FINES".

  • dx100uk changed the title to VCS/Excel Beaten in court again. (Berkeley Centre)

This bit: Sir Greg Knight MP has been tasked with rolling out a new code of practice for the industry by the end of 2021. A single appeals service will follow by mid-2022

Won't make any difference if the appeals process is still under the remit of the BPA.

BPA/IPC are Kangaroo courts.  This case illustrates Simple's propensity to conflate VCS and Excel as being the same interchangeably in court.  It bit him on  his sorry jive-ass again.

We could do with some help from you.
