Just curious really, but why is the standard advice that's given on CAG is that there is no point in appealing to POPLA or IAS when, according to this, "nearly half" (actually 41%!) of appeals to POPLA were successful. I believe IAS figure is around a quarter of appeals are successful. What's the disadvantage of first using the POPLA/IAS route before doing anything else?

i wouldn't believe for one minute anything an appeals organisation say when it is run by an ole boys network of the owners of most of the large PPC's....they LIE.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
