Help i have recently sent the letter to the Bank Of Scotland asking for a refund of bank chargs for a total of £3250.

I recieved a letter from BOS offering £1330 as full and final settlement.

I would like to knock back this offer an send a LBA letter requesting the full amount but my concern is if they ignore the LBA where do i raise any action as i believe the maximum you can claim in Scotland in a small claims court is £750 and £1500 for a summary cause.

Where do i go from here?

An Ordinary Action - you'll need a Solicitor for this, but if you succeed, you get all your costs back, or if they settle beforehand, the costs of raising the action and your solicitor's fees.
