DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It’s says we have recently purchased your debt from RBS as of 8th dec 2020. 
 

The date that this was taken out was back in Jan 2013 and I have not heard anything since I defaulted due to various issues in 2014.

So statute barred then..no payment within 6yrs??

But i will guess you've moved since and never updated anyone like rbs?

My main account is with them. So my address has always been updated.

 

what should I do? Just reply statue barred
