New to the forum,

After being duped into signing over my pension fund for a loan i was hammered with a hefty tax bill of nearly £25,000 which im paying off monthly forever after alot of negotiating. This was back in 2011 and battles have been ongoing for a decade with little success.

I can't believe a company can do this to my Sipp with no way of seemingly ever recovering a penny. There is alot more access to information now than in 2011 about pension scams when i believe it was looked upon that we were naïve with our futures. Out of interest has anyone out there had any success in recouping any money lost? Thanks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
