I purchased a car from this company too and it was faulty. The details he’s been providing are fake I’ve been tracking this person down and I’ve found his details.

I am making this forum as I have seen many others with the same issue.

 

I brought a car off this James Harrison and it was faulty but they automatically got rid of their number so I was unable to contact anyone and the address I was given 311 Wells green road was not real as Wells green is a residential and there are no units.

 

After losing out on £4000 plus over £1000 on having to get it repaired at a garage.

I began an investigation to track this dirty scammer down.

It was not hard to find this person in Birmingham he is a well known dodgy care sales man.

 

Actual name - Junaid Sajad 

Home address - 101 Vibart Road B26 2AB - saw all the cars he’s listed on his fake eBays parked on his drive.

- found his name through this and his social media profiles, actual saw his posting driving the cars he has advertised. 

please I urge everyone to contact the fraud team we have found out his identity we need to put an end to his criminal ways.

 

It took me 3 months to find out his identity please let’s all work together to stop anyone else from behind scammed.

Gear box was faulty, got it delivered didn’t test drive it.

Tried to call him he gave me the name ‘Adam’, he told me he was unaware with the problem and would be happy to call me back tomorrow as it was late.

 

No call next day so I tried to call back but had no reply and till this day I have heard nothing. Gutted as it was a 50th birthday present for my misses.

 

Will never make the mistake of using these online people again. Best to be old school and always test drive. Was not hard to track him down mate, I grew up in Birmingham have a lot of contacts.

I can confirm,

100% his address I know the lad’s family. I grew up around Birmingham was able to track him down

If this is certain, then maybe someone should consider beginning the process of bringing a small claim against this person at that address.

A land registry web search shows that the house at that address is certainly owned by somebody with that family name – although not the person in question.

Well then someone needs to send a letter of claim to that address, if there is no response then issue a claim – and if there is no response that then apply for a judgement and then a warrant of execution at that address.

At these values it is possible to send in the sheriff's – The High Court Enforcement Officers.

It's actually the house across the road. He is actually facing his house – number 101 – and on his left over his shoulder you are seeing number 83. It has a burglar alarm just to the left of the top little window. The house on the right, has some kind of climbing plant over the doorway – which in the photograph has no leaves because presumably it is winter. The tree that you can see between the two houses also has no leaves.

Anyway, now that you think you got your man – you only course of action is to threaten and to bring legal proceedings. You might also want to inform the police about the things which are going on.

I work for West Midlands police and I have been following these treads online very closely, I have now been in contact with this young persons family and sat down with the boy your accusing and his family.

 

First of all he is only 17 years old , you have the completely wrong person he’s currently studying at sixth form the family were very welcoming and I sat down with them and showed them everything

 

I  have advised them strongly to fill a report with my help regarding everything to West Midlands police and I can confirm that the report has now been filled and logged with West Midlands police regarding this matter.

 

The young boy’s family are very unhappy with everything that has been said on this threads about there underage child, whoever has sent you in this direction to upload pictures of this young child, and post his name and address all over the internet will be seriously penalised and the police will be in contact very shortly,

 

I will also be in further contact with each of you individually very shortly along with 2 police officers. it’s very very highly unlikely that a 17 year old boy who hasn’t even got his driving license yet could have done all of what has been said on these threads.

 

He was in distraught and in tears when I met with him at his address and I won’t be taking this lightly. This is completely out of order and you should be ashamed of yourselves, mark you have been reported to West Midlands police and they are looking into this matter as a matter of serious urgency.

 

Next time be very careful who you accuse and do proper research if you have issues regarding the purchase of vehicles you need to be sure who you have paid and it is impossible that it could be someone who is under the age of 25 instead of causing so much distress to this young boy and his family

 

I URGE you ALL TO REMOVE all pictures of this boy of this site and to REMOVE his ADDRESS if you refuse to do so then this site will be reported to the police also, it will be all over the news that this is what you do on these sites to underage children, you do not know how much trouble you have got yourselves into he is a child who is underage and you can be SERIOUSLY penalised for everything you have done take this as a FIRST AND FINAL WARNING.

Very interesting to see that you work for West Midlands police. Maybe you could drop me an email to our admin email address to tell me exactly where in Midlands police you are. I propose getting into an exchange with you about this and maybe you could provide me with a work number or work email and then we can take this forward.

They have been printed out luckily enough just in time before they were removed sneakily, I am more then happy to send proof of this but it has all been passed to the West Midlands police and they will be in contact shortly
