I have a couple of restrictions on my Mortgage, (i have no clue how CC are allowed to do this to an 'unsecured' cc.. ) but anyhow..

I'm pretty sure i went to a Land Registry link online, that showed them.. but i cannot find the link now.. (i'm in the process of negotiating a settlement to get them removed)

cheers

you means restrictions?

be careful you are not blindly paying restriction k's -  they dont need paying

use the

Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

only else you get ripped off for excessive fees on any other non .gov.uk sites

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

The two restrictions are for credit card debt.. but the remortgage, has to be with a new vendor, as the existing bank no longer offers them.. (the new vendor, approved us for the mortgage previously, but then stopped when they saw the two retentions)

The term of the mortgage, is due to end next year. and we are currently only paying interest, and need a 5 year, interest and capital, at an enhanced rate, to pay off the mortgage

in 5 years.

I'm remortgaging because my term is up.. and need to get an interest and capital with a new vendor.

The two restrictions are from two credit cards.

I cannot get the remortgage without clearing them.

To check if its the original creditor that got the restrictions not a debt buying dca...who can often be tempted to remove by an full and final offer at a far cheaper sum than paying the restrictions

So both these got ccj's why were they not defended and were then allowed to get ico's without being challenged?

And how much is each one please?

If the only default is one on your wifes file, why is your existing lender refusing you?

Thats rare for one default?
