Ok thank you Andy does this mean drydens will abide by FOS decision- or do what they want afterwards??? 
 

2. The matter be stayed to allow the complaint raised by the Defendant with the Financial Ombudsman Service to be dealt with;
3. Upon completion of the investigation, either party may apply to reinstate proceedings; and
4. There be Costs in the Case

Possibly but it simply stays the claim and allows breathing space for you to prepare resolve.....is there a further hearing to come ?

Erudio in their final response letter have stated they will abide by the FOS final decision, but to me this reads Drydens will do want they want after the outcome?

Well the consent is to vacate the hearing (whenever that is) and stay the claim. Whether they accept or reject the outcome they have liberty to reinstate the claim.

 

And they have requested costs should the claim have to proceed....I would sign the consent and it will most possibly be the last you hear of it.
