Hi my daughter has had a county court claim form ,from lowells today.

Its a catalogue freeman's, that her ex took out in her name number of debts he run up.

She was in a domestic violence relationship and controlling .

In the end she had to have a injunction out against him for life,  been to prison twice for beating her up.

Now this debt as landed on her doorstep.

She also has asd and why I.m helping her.

I done one before for her, but for the life of me I cant remember how to defend it.

The debt was opened in 2013 but says defaulted in feb 2016, which we don't believe is true, because she had been gone from that house the yr before, after she was illegally evicted.

Any help would be great full thanks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
