My son is in Middlesborough County Court tomorrow at 11.00am with the Abbey. What documentation does he need to take with him also he has received a letter from the court saying that Abbey's solicitors are no longer representing them. Any ideas what this means? This saga has been going on for 6 months and would like to clear it all up tomorrow. He's owed just over £1200 in bank charges.

It depands what the hearing is for, and what directions have been given. It is impossible to answer a question like this without any background information.
