I got a 420 parking charge from Marsden want to take my car

Some dude said he taking my stuff if full payment not  been made in full an isn't this ment to have a water mark

The dude seems to be someone from Marstons bailiffs.

and where are you getting they must have water marks etc

sounds like freemen of the land website twaddle to me, very dangerous to follow those idiots.

 

did received the orginal pcn or was it something like you'd moved and not updated your car's V5C or something

 

there should have been numerous other letters including a Notice of Assignment before it ever gets to this stage,

No had a couple of letters awhile ago they stop he said it from a parking ticket from 2018

 

Its was on the rear of a pub an was told at the time that the meter was out of order.

Did you check for yourself that the meter was out of order ? Did you respond to any of the communications received also advising them of this ?

Dont matter now as they were sending letters to an address for a whole year were the car was registered before sale I also had moved and I wasn't getting any mail from the original organisation.

 

the second company marston were called off.

This is after I paid 120 an the dept collectors wanted me to put remaining 300 under my recycling bin.

Debt think so pal.

 

Anyway now they owe me money.

did you ever received the original PCN from the council?

Nope didn't even know it was left in a carpark as didnt own the car when offence took place

and you can prove you were not the owner?

had you sent back the V5C when you sold it?

If not your car at the time they can what date was the actual PCN, and what date did you sell the car, as it takes DVLA time to change over, and it could have been in that time

 You have actually paid them something, in post#9 so was the car actually yours at the time for sure?
