Hello can i get some advice,I was caught twice from Waitrose from different store.

Both times I gave my details they didn’t call the police.

First time was 5 years ago.

I’ve been shoplifting a few times at Waitrose.
This happen last week.

Will the police will came and arrest me?

The value was under £30.

Now that I’ve been caught for the second time I feel so ashamed, and embarrassed, I can’t sleep, I’m so nervous, I’m shaking all the time, I feel so bad.

I really don’t want to go to any supermarket anymore.

because I’m scared I would do the same.

you are in little danger of police ever being involved

but you must go have a word with your GP

its all in the strictest confidence.

address any possible underlying problems that might be compelling you to shoplift - it's usually as a result of a cry for help upon other issues.

I think that in addition to going to your GP – and this is very important – that you want to tell somebody you trust. The best thing of course would be if you discussed it with your husband because you would get the kind of support that would really help you.

If you keep this kind of thing secret then you will place a far greater level of distress upon you and if you find that you end up doing it again, you been exactly the same situation and you won't know who to go to for help.

I would suggest that you tell your husband. You feel a lot better after you open up and discuss it with somebody and realise that you're being supported

But the problem is my daughter still at Uni last year.

How long normally takes for the  police to came to my house?

No way I will be doing this again.

The way I’m feeling now.

stealing doesn’t pay what I’m going through right now , it’s really hard.

I wish I could have learned the first time.
