:) hello everyone - sent 1st letter to halifax- received all my statements from 6 years ago- then got an offer (minimum) but I was told that if I will be claim again due to charges they threatened me (halifax)will close my current account. Is that correct?

Hi firstly dont panic.

Have you opened a parachute account if not do so. You can have all your DD etc transfered by the new bank this is quite simple.

 

Secondly this thread is relevant to A&L but it may help.
