New to all this and worrying!! I've filed my small claims but I dont know if i should send a copy of the statements to the court and to the bank now or wait until i'm asked?? i have seen on the small claims website that my claim has been served but i've had nothing thru the post from the court?? Is this normal?? Any help at this stage would b greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Don't worry.

 

You don't send copies of your statements until the Court asks you. You can send copies of your spreadsheet of charges to both parties if you wish. I didn't until the Allocation Questionnaire submission but others have sent their schedules.

Hi

Me too - I didn't send out the spreadsheet of charges until the court asked me to. Barclays had two weeks to reply after I had sent them this info by demand of the court. They haven't done so. Will keep you posted as to what happens next. Don't worry. Good luck
