Do you mean you have defaulted on your repayments to AQUA? If so I imagine that would be a reason for your new credit application to be refused. -

What we mainly advise on here @shaha77is consumer problems not business to business disputes, but let's see if someone here has experience and can offer you advice. So it's a restaurant business. Who is running the business at the moment? You or the person you sold the business to? You were the leaseholder. Are you planning to transfer the lease to the buyer or to sub let it tothe buyer? -
I have sent a 'for the avoidance of doubt' notice of cancellation as I am still within 14 days. My original communications very likely met the test but as I used the term 'return' instead of 'cancel' thought it best to be sure.

Just to confirm, this includes if the box has been opened i.e. not factory pristine packaging?
