Hi All, I dont know what to do next and I hope that someone on here will be able to help me.

I have received an offer from NatWest for the full amount i was reqesting but without the interest. This was the result of sending the prelim letter with the schedule of charges (without the interest charges listed). Can i then send the LBA to get the interest back? I am confused as they have offered to pay the full amount as goodwill without them accepting liability. Hope this make sense.

I look foward to your input. Thank you.

Do you know how much the interest is? They seem to have a strategy to settle without interest on some of the smaller claims.

1) accept and move on

2) accept as a partial offer and continue with claim

If you continue with your claim it could take a considerable amount of time, so you have to decide it if is worth it, depending on you personal circumstances. If you reject the offer they will cancel their offer, but in the end you will succeed.

Hope this helps and good luck.

My advice has hardly any legal foundation whatsoever, however you never know it it might just work!
