Hi to anyone who can help me find a topic or thread entitled "My 6+ Year Claim Against HSBC" that was posted in 2017.

It was about a poster who telephoned HSBC head office regarding a delayed DSAR response and  spoke to a supervisor who said HSBC did not retain full customer details, only transactional records and would send him/her copies of statements from 1994.  I'd like to see if they posted back saying they received them.

Do any experts know how to locate this thread on the CAG forum?  Cheers RQ

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Could not find a thread with that title. Thread titles are sometimes amended, if for example the debt was chased by a DCA later.

I did try the search facility before I donated to CAG and asked on this forum.  Would it help if I had the thread number?

we've had a change of forum software since then.

not a chance really sadly.

i suspect you'll find the info if you look for HSBC data retention.

there are recent threads by crighten that you are on that cover it too.

what are you after, simply some sort of confirmation that someone did get historic 1990's data?

is this you midland bank debacle?
