Details

HI, I would like to return the light please as it has arrived slightly damaged.

On arrival the packaging was torn exposing the corner of the light and unfortunately the corner is chipped, see photos.

In addition, the number of scratches on the light is more than i am happy to fit on the vehicle, see photos.

I would be most grateful grateful if you would please process a return.

Thanks and regards Mark

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

In addition to the above question, please could you set out in bullet pointed steps precisely what happened.

I understand that you sold an item on eBay and that it was delivered damaged. However you don't tell us when this happened and also did you declare the correct value?

Also I gather that you paid for a delivery insurance. Is this correct?
