They got mine (SAR) last Saturday.

Looks like they might be getting busy! Shouldn't rip people off in the first place!

Good luck, by the way!

Hi, can somebody help?

On the 30th of July I recieved a letter from Lloyds telleing me that if i make a claim through the courts they will be asking form them to be potponed until after the hearing - which I have no clue when they will be? - anyway as a result of that letter I stopped my letters. My questions is, can I start again where I left off or do I need to start again or, if I wait until after the court case, if the charges are deemed excessive, will the banks pay out all new charges to date?

Also the nu,ber on the letter from Customer Services Recovery Centre, Andover is 08456030899 that doesnt work anymore - have anybody got the latest number please?

Sorry, just confused.

You can carry on where you left off, adding on any charges which have been incurred in the meantime.

Nobody knows how the Test Case will be resolved. Many people are optimistic of a result in our favour, so you should carry on with your claim and get in the queue for repayment.:)

Try 01264 345678, but why do you want to telephone them?
