Hi

i paid a £99 reservation fee to secure a vehicle at HPL Motors in Oldham.

i viewed the car and decided I didn’t want to buy it and asked for my deposit back.

they said the refund would be processed in 7-10 working days... this was nearly 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t had my money back.

I’ve contacted them numerous times and have been told that it’s definitely been processed from their end so if I’m having problems then I need to contact WorldPay directly as this is who they have used for the transaction.

They can’t provide me with any contact details for WorldPay nor any reference or transaction number.

How can I get my deposit back as the dealer is washing their hands of the issue and trying to palm me off to WorldPay?

What are my rights and options?

Many thanks

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
