Yes but why would they?

What's the story?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

Have been told to expect a summons for a credit card debt less than £3000.00

DCA have provided a reconstituted agreement and say it complies with CCA.

Solicitor issued a letter of claim which i rebutted.

Agreement has no number, no date and the wrong address.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

  • dx100uk changed the title to Link and Barclaycard Reconstituted CCA

when taken out?

link nor hoist ever have enforceable CCA's for ex barclaycard debts.

moved to the BC forum and re-titled

the cut and paste CCA you have will be the usual 62000000 numbered stuff. 99.9% fake

and as yours doesn't have any details on it, fits the known MO for Link anyway.

if you've yet to receive a letter of claim from Kearns

you ignore everything till you if/do.

100's of like threads in this forum

use our search top right.

Taken out 1996 .  Received a letter of claim from Kearns which I rebutted and then received another letter that said due to the Covid things have been delayed and I now have another 14 days to arrange payment proposals or face a summons.
