I'm asking this as a result of a recent experience as i know some of you are really knowledgeable about disciplinarys.

I know it's going to sound a bit cryptic but here goes.

without giving too much away,

if a local authority staff member is caught somewhere they should not be,

doing something they should not be doing (usually a criminal record)

when confronted by a member of the public tells that member of public to F' off,

makes derogatory remarks about them,

then on camera gives them the middle finger (all backed by witness statement),

what sort of hope does that person have of retaining their job?

Clearly gross misconduct, but realistically is this survivable?

impossible to answer without a hint of what offence...

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

You're already anonymous on here, can you leave out names and tell us more of the story and why you're asking please?

If not, it's hard to tell how we can help.

theft/ GBH/ inciting hate / selling coke to minors - probably out.

parking offences, less problematic.

but there are no absolutes.

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!
