Hi Charlie (AKA font of all knowledge)

I wonder if you have any advice regarding the spreadsheet for reclaiming

Credit Card charges. There appears to be a "simple" excel spreadsheet for

claiming in Scotland and a "complex" excel spreadsheet for England do you have any idea why this is the case? Does it affect the amount to be reclaimed?

Regards

Sandy

Sandy,

I've only used the simple spreadsheet for scotland although others have used the complex ones -why not download both and enter your charges in both and see how that works out.

Hi ChalieHo

I have the 2nd hearing of my claim agains HBOS on Tuesday 6th .

HBOS defence is that it is time-barred as it is for the first half of 2000

I have been in touch with Robertxc on the site and he has advised

me that I should go ahead with the claim

I am feeling very apprehensive about going to court again as I found the Preliminary hearing a bit overwhelming do you have any advice

Regards

Sandy
