TfL fare evasion used 11-15 years oyster card.

Hello @dx100uk I plead guilty in the court form online and there asked if I want to tell anything to the court like mitigating circumstances. I wrote the same reasons of the letter you wrote me and that I wish to attend court. Did I do wrong?

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

 

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
