Hi,

I've recently had a few letters (sent to my parents address) from IDRWW chasing a loan debt from Qatar.

I worked in Qatar for a few years and lost my job due whilst waiting for medical advice in the UK. Whilst in Qatar I took out a loan of around £7000 and have payed around £2500 back whilst in Qatar.

IDRWW have sent me  a letter (addresses to my parents house) asking me to repay the bank.

As I was sacked I was under the impression that the company I worked for acted as the guarantor for the loan? Do I need to worry and make repayments arrangements or can I ignore?

Thank you.

Until or unless anyone sends a letter of claim under the pre action protocol..you're safe to ignore.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
