Hi everyone

My friend has got a letter from Highview Parking stating that he was in B&Q car park for a total of 5hrs 22mins arriving at 9.35am and leaving at 14.58pm

He is  a builder and no way was there for that amount of time!

He may have gone there twice in 1 day, but absolutely was not there for over 5 hours!

I have tried calling the number on the letter and it just cuts off.

does anyone have any advice please?

Thanks in advance!

Hi.

Can you give us the details requested in the forum sticky please? It will help us to advise.

Is your friend able to sign up here? It's usually much easier for the advisers if they can speak directly with the person rather than play Chinese Whispers.

Ideally we will need to see the letter so we can see if they have got the protocols right regardless of the " double dipping".

It is best to avoid contacting the parking co until every other reasonable step has been taken and that usually menas contacting the store first.

What is the location of this B&Q as they are often on larger retail parks andnot directly employing the bandits themselves.

Yes might be double dipping, if you can post up the letter as a PDF then only Registered and logged in Caggers can see it.
