I have an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

 

What happens if the Landlord makes an error in the address on the tenancy agreement?

The landlord sent a bill for a service he uses However the Postocde dsoe not Mach the address on the tenancy agreement.

 

Can the Landlord enforce this agreement?

Ive paid the bill im not trying to get out of it.

 

Its a service they provide.

The staff that work here in my house provide a travel service to hospital at a cost very kindly of course.

BUt the Post code error makes me wonder even though I have paid it makes me wonder if I didn't would this be enforceable?

I don't know the ins and outs of the legal position but if you used the service, then morally you owe the money.

 

How is it going to affect your position in this house if you don't pay the staff who were kind enough to help you?

I understand you paid the last bill, but you're talking about not paying the next one?

 

As I said, how will this affect you living in a house with staff you owe money to? If they refuse to take you to hospital I imagine you'll have to take taxis at more cost?
