Hi all , I've read a few posts regarding this company so don't hold out much hope unfortunately.

I ordered something from wish and was given the date of the 1st May , now I understand with what's going on that there will be a delay, so tracked my package and it got to Hermes , download the app so I could track it from there , today I received a message saying it's been delivered at 10.05 , the message I got at 9.45 ? Went outside , nothing?? We live in a block of flats where you have to buzz to enter, so I checked with the neighbors, nothing , checked emails and noticed I had one from then , reading , parcel will be delivered between 11.00 and 1.00 , still nothing , the automated system is usless at best , what can I do
