my experiance of the FB groups is they are good at writing appeals to the BPA but dont really have a grip on court procedure.

Now my reason for prodding you over the judgement of DDJ Harvey at Lewes CC is because th eland that your friend has issues with has multiple owners and it appears more than one company claiming management rights. Now the CCTV issue makes me think that your mod are actually in the same position inasmuch as the use of the common cameras doesnr determine where the car ened up so cant be used to show a breach of any kind, that needs boots on the ground and as we know that didnt happen.

As for not being able to find it, you cant be looking very hard, it is then hot topic of the day, look again for One Parking Solutions damning judgement by Shamrocker, it is as plain as that so start at the most recent thread rather than doing a word search

That OPS judgment is useful for other cases especially due to how Beavis was dismantled regarding the £60 they add to NTK that is an unlawful penalty, a rubbishing of the amount being claimed as being abuse of process can be used citing that judgment, it NOT precedent, but is persuasive.

We could do with some help from you.

Reading coupon-mad's diary of the day is also useful as she mentions other things that were evidential but not used in the judges determination. For example the positioning of the signage and esp the abuse of CCTV and claiming it was ANPR.

This points to the posted judgement being correct and not just an internet fraud to make people want to see somehting that isnt actually true.

Many years ago after the Dunblame shootings evidence was produced to show Thomas Hamilton was a member of a certain secret handshake organisation. It got as far as being quoted in parliament but wasnt true. The rumour appears to have been kicked off by a person or group who were going to get a bad press so created something to make their detractors look stupid. this means that one should beware of good news as well as bad.
