Resolvecall for Arrows RE: old LLoyds TSB debt .

Recommended Posts

I today received a letter from Resolvecall on behalf of Arrow Global. They head it Arrow Global Reconection.

It says I owe a large sum to Lloyds Tsb and they want me to contact them.

However none of the references numbers are ones I recognise and the amount doesnt equate to anything I owe.

I did have a small loan that I owed Lloyds but though this was paid and a more than ten year old credit card debt that is Statute Barred.

How do I respond?

You dont......unless you wish to write to Arrow Direct and ask them to verify the debt in question.

Topic moved to the appropriate forum .

you don't

resolve call on behalf of arrows have sent out 10'000's of threat-o-grams on old statute barred debts hoping that by saying they are going to do a visit

and the stupid mug that gets it thinks a DCA is a bailiff , they'll wet themselves and blindly pay up.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

if everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's tomorrow

the biggest financial industry in the UK, the whole DCA industry would collapse overnight.
