Looks like i've been completely screwed up with the Tribunal for appealing CC PCN tickets as a result of not paying the combined invoice back in October. My first hearing was heard without me, as they did not dispatch any correspondence to me regarding dates and times I appealed this and was granted an appeal. Just before I went on holiday on 28th July, someone called me from the tribunal services, i told them I would be away and they said it would need to be arranged after I come back (4th August). I got no call, but I received 12 letters or so for refusal of my appeal - so the appeal hearing happened without me again. So messed up and angry. I now owe them £1440. I really need help taking my ULEZ case to court/tribunal - I have no idea. I'm not longer using the solicitor firm because it was going no where. Can anyone help me in where I need to start moving to? I have sent letters and I'm at stage 2 of their complaints procedure, but as the general manager refuses to issue a final decision, I have no idea what to do. TFL simply isn't responding regarding previous payments to them for ULEZ charges which my car was ULEZ compliant. They've made the changes on their database but they're ignoring the refund issue. PLEASE HELP

Contact CUE. Sounds like a problem with your own Insurance company. When you speak to your Insurers, I suspect that they think they have asked CUE to remove the record, but the request was not actually sent. They may have to send a manual request to get the record corrected. https://www.mib.org.uk/managing-insurance-data/mib-managed-services/cue-miaftr/ "If you wish to find out what information is held about you on the CUE database, please complete a Subject Access Request form. Alternatively if you wish to contact us regarding a complaint, or any other query relating to these databases, please contact MIB on on 0345 1652803 (freephone) or at [email protected] A copy of the Privacy Policy can be found here. Just a thought if you come to an payment agreement with the OC is this binding even if it gets sold on? Especially if it has no time limit. I have heard some DC's can get a bit excited if they know you have some money or property. Thanks in advance
