Hi can someone direct me too a template letter , to avoid paying a unfair ticket for dropping off my uncle at Piccadilly gateway train station on 5/12/19.

why are you using the word FINE in the file titles

its a speculative invoice!! for breaking some imaginary contract by driving on to private land.

 

there is no such thing as no stopping, you HAVE to stop even if to READ the signs that tell you the contract T&C that you can't stop..

 

but the killer here is the land is owned by the railway company and governed by THEIR byelaws.... not some imaginary contract with a powerless PPC that can't enforce legal byelaws anyway..as they are not the land owner..

Ok, read a bunch of the airport threads regarding no stopping and prohibitive signage not beinga contract to park

for a brerach of contract to occur ther has to be a contract in the first place and no stopping isnt a contract as what is called a bare contract has to have someing in it for you to consider. Now these peopel are parking management co's so the bare contract is giving you the right to park under certain conditions and those extra conditios create the contract. What they have sent you is in fact an unlawful penalty demand and it is this because it is beyond their powers to force you to enter into terms with them where you get nothing in return.

 

 

Yopu have doen well to ignore them so far, the LBA or letter before claim will no doubt come from a company of solicitors, usually Gladstones, who just happen to be the owners of the trade body these bandits belong to.

If and when you get that letter come back here and we will help you to pen a response. that may see them off but if it doesnt they usually pull theplug later on in the process as they know they are going to lose but like to test your resolve first

It's from Debt Recovery Plus who can't take you to court because they aren't the parking company. The heading of the letter is designed to confuse people.
